Trussville City Schools celebrates Inclusive Schools Week

Trussville City Schools recently celebrated Inclusive Schools Week, an annual event held each December.

Since its inception in 2001, Inclusive Schools Week has celebrated the progress that schools have made in providing a supportive and quality education for their student population, including disability, gender, socio-economic status, cultural heritage, language preference and other factors.

The week provides an opportunity for educators, students and parents to discuss their schools’ continued improvement to successfully educate all children.

The 2019- 2020 theme is “Charting the Course.”
