Students bring home Spanish Convention awards

Hewitt-Trussville High School’s Spanish students received awards at the statewide Spanish Convention at the end of the school year. These included:

Elyse Box: First place, Individual Dance

Elliott Stanley: First place, Individual Instrumental

Elayna Simonds, Sarah Senft and Bailey Dodson: Second place, Handmade Regional Costume

Dez Biddle: Second place, 3D Art

Hannah Borden: Third place, Level 4 Verbs

Nathan Shelton: Third place, Level 4 Impromptu Speaking
