Special guest visits Cahaba Elementary

Major League Baseball player Andrew Tyner was a recent special guest at Cahaba Elementary. Tyner is the starting pitcher for the Oakland A’s and Principal Joy Tyner’s nephew. 

Andrew Tyner was invited to speak with the students for Red Ribbon Week on “Aim High” (career) day. He talked with the students about hard work and not giving up on what they want to do in life.
