PES student wins art competition

Paine Elementary School student Alayna Boyer claimed first place in the 3rd/4th grade division of the Alabama Art Educators Association Virtual Art Competition of Alabama. Artworks were submitted by art teacher Angela Santiago. The top eight selected in this show will represent Alabama at the national level during the annual NAEA conference, which will be held in April in San Antonio, Texas.
