HTHS students ‘sign’ Dr. Seuss

On March 2, the HTHS American Sign Language II classes went to the Alabama School for the Deaf (ASD) in Talladega, Alabama. These students had the opportunity to sign classic Dr. Seuss books for students ages 3-11.

HTHS students prepared for almost a month prior to going to ASD so that they were completely prepared to sign for these children.

While there, several high school students from ASD took the HTHS students on a tour of the historic campus and also had a time for them to all eat lunch together.
