Debate team wins Auburn award

The HTHS Debate Team was recently honored by the Auburn University School of Agriculture as their Academic Team of the Week.

Tonya Capps and Vanessa Romano coach the team. Its members include Kirby Arnold, Candice Belcher, Sarah Bennett, Kai Beverly, Aniyah Brown, Ravyn Carico, Setti Cornelius, Kristian Erskine, Ian Griffin, Benjamin Harvey, Calen McAlpin, Rachel Riley, Ashley Shepherd, Kim Shorter, Morgan Smith, Reagan Smith, Kirsten Walls and Nathan Wright.
