Two Hewitt-Trussville seniors are the recipients of scholarships from the Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce. The announcements were made at Awards Day on April 28 at Hewitt-Trussville High School.

The scholarships were presented to Grace Ann Lambert and Caroline Royston.

TACC is a proud supporter of Trussville City Schools. Each year, the chamber presents scholarships to deserving high school seniors. Royston and Lambert were awarded $1,000 scholarships renewable for up to four years if they maintain a B or better grade average. The scholarship recipients were selected based on, among other things, academic achievement and community service. Recipients may use the scholarships at the college or university oftheir choice.
