Trussville teams place first in debates

The Hewitt-Trussville High School and Middle School debate teams each placed first in the Birmingham Area Debate League championship.

HTMS student Ella Grace Young also was named first among the top 10 students in the middle school Birmingham Area Debate League, while Stella Jackson earned seventh place.
