Pinson man awarded Sailor of the Year

Engineman 1st Class Carlo Flaccavento, a Pinson resident, was awarded Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) fiscal year 2018 Sailor of the Year on Dec. 3. He received a plaque recognizing his selection by Commander, NRC Rear Adm. Brendan R. McLane during an awards ceremony.
