Rotary members read at elementary schools for Dr. Seuss Day

Trussville Daybreak Club Rotary club members visited classrooms at Magnolia and Paine Elementary Schools for Dr. Seuss Day in March.

Each Wednesday, Rotary Readers read with students at the elementary schools. On March 6, Rotary Readers visited their Rotary Buddy class to give each child a Dr. Seuss book to take home and also a Dr. Seuss book for the classroom, all in honor of the author’s birthday.

Rotarians and friends helping out with the book distribution were Fran Aldridge, Mary Jean Sanspree, Linda Burns, David and Betty Cork, John and Sandy Patterson, Ann Smith, Jeremy Tuggle and Van Horne.
