Women in Business: The Women of Peachtree Senior Living

by

The residents at Peachtree Senior Living are cared for by a special team of amazing women who all feel they have been called to serve this special population.

“Our main goal is to make sure our residents feel safe and well cared for at all times,” Executive Director Judith Jones said. “During a time when our ‘normal’ has changed so drastically, we are doing our best to make sure this adjustment is as easy as possible for our residents and their families.”

Assistant Executive Director Kelley Self has been at Peachtree for more than nine years and said, “I love the people here, and I cannot think of anywhere else I want to be. This is my second family, and I make sure we take care of them as if they were family.”

“Sharing a meal with family and friends is a meaningful way to socialize and I do not take this lightly,” added Ella Teasley, the executive chef who has more than 30 years of dietary experience.

The newest member of the team is Beth King, who helps ensure the day is filled with activities and socialization for Peachtree residents.

This team at Peachtree has more than 50 years of combined experience. The goal is to make sure that each day, the residents here enjoy the best things life has to offer.
