Women in Business: Nancy Drinkard, RE/MAX Marketplace

Nancy Drinkard has always liked helping others in some way and thought a home is the biggest way she could help.

In her 26 years of experience as a Realtor, she has learned how to negotiate to get the highest price for the sellers and the best deal for the buyers — she is a problem solver.

Nancy works in both residential and commercial real estate sales, and assists both buyers and sellers.

She knows deciding to buy or sell a home is a big step and wants to help her clients make sure that it’s a step in the right direction. “I am a hard-working, honest Realtor who has my client’s best interest at heart, no matter what when it comes to helping them find the right home,” she said.

She works with clients in a variety of different situations, including changing jobs or moving into the area, those looking to have more room or downsize. She said her quality service is shown in her repeat customers.

Nancy has a Military Sales Certification and loves to work with veterans. Her husband is a retired veteran who served 20 years in the U.S.Army Special Forces.
