From late days at the office for parents to long team practices for kids, the average family life is often too busy for a home-cooked meal. 

Misty Westover, owner of Meals by Misty, made it her mission to provide a convenient solution. 

“My goal is to bring families together and to take some of the stress out of the everyday hustle and bustle,” Westover said. 

All of her meals are made from scratch with fresh ingredients every day. She offers take-and-bake casseroles, soups, salads and an array of side dishes to complete each meal. 

She even offers Skinny Mini Meals created with clean foods and lean meats. They’re also low calorie, low sodium and/or low carb.

Westover continues to add additional convenience to her services. 

“In July, we have Summer Bundles available for those planning a day at the pool, a weekend at the lake or a week at the beach. We’ll even pack your cooler with ice,” Westover said.
