Women in Business: Robin Isbell - Plumb One Inc.

Trussville resident Robin Isbell and her husband began Plumb One Inc., a residential plumbing company, in 1997. 

Isbell’s husband worked for another plumbing company after graduating high school. After eight years with the company, he resigned to start his own company. Robin owns the business along with her husband, and works as the vice president. 

Under her role as vice president, Isbell manages accounts payable and serves as the human resources department. “I oversee anything employee-related,” she said. “I also manage the office and oversee the other office needs.”

The mission of Plumb One Inc. is to satisfy all customer needs and create an enjoyable work environment for our employees.  

“We strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction, and we always consider a satisfied customer a success.” Isbell said. “Each customer is treated as if they are our only customer.” 

Another goal is to offer the consumer an affordable option for any and all of their plumbing needs, from service repairs to new construction projects. “We are committed to giving our customers the best possible service while keeping our costs as low as possible.”

Isbell’s favorite part about what she does is taking care of her employees. “I enjoy being able to provide jobs for our employees to be able to support their families,” she said.
