Controlled Environment is a heating and air conditioning company that specializes in putting the homeowner in control of their indoor environment.

Lorelei Tucker, and everyone at Controlled Environment, is committed to ensure each customer that their system is fitting their needs. They provide installation and repairs on all brands of heating and cooling equipment as well as duct cleaning, duct design, duct sealing and air filtration.

 “Our goal is to advise each customer of their repair needs for total comfort, and come up with the most economical solution,” Lorelei said. “We are not high pressure salesmen, but like to make sure that each customer is educated on their system as a whole for their comfort. We also set ourselves apart by up-front pricing.”

Many of the clients of Controlled Environment receive twice-a-year Safety and Efficiency inspections to make sure their systems are clean and ready to handle temperature highs and lows with the changing seasons. 

“In the springtime, their cooling systems are cleaned and inspected to ensure that they are at peak performance, aiding in lower utility bills and adding longevity to their system,” she said. “In the fall, we clean and service their heating system ... to ensure there is not a breach in the combustion chamber of the furnace. This allows the homeowner to rest at ease, knowing that their heating system is not leaking carbon monoxide into their living space.”
