Full Moon Bar-B-Que Trussville breaks ground

Full Moon Bar-B-Que Trussville broke ground on its 15th location on Aug. 14. The Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) assisted with the ceremony for the restaurant, which will be located at 5988 Chalkville Mountain Road.

Owner/operator Rich Yokeley, who lives in Trussville with his family, said, “We are so thankful to have the City of Trussville’s tremendous support as we begin the process of bringing Full Moon Bar-B-Que to my hometown. Our team looks forward to providing guests in Trussville and surrounding communities with delicious food and superior service.” 

On hand for the event were State Sen. Shay Shelnutt, Jefferson County Commissioner Joe Knight, Trussville Mayor Buddy Choat, City Council President Alan Taylor, Full Moon’s Joe Maluff, Rich and Kim Yokeley, TACC staff and ambassadors, as well as family members and friends.
