Tuesday marks 38 days until the Clay-Chalkville High School football team kicks off the 2025 season.
Clay-Chalkville quarterback Aaron Frye will head his team onto the field Aug. 22, as the Cougars head to Hueytown to begin the season.
Frye took over as the Cougars' starting quarterback last fall and led the team to a 9-3 record. He is hoping to lead the team deeper into the playoffs in his final season.
