The Hewitt-Trussville High School junior varsity Scholars Bowl team.
The Hewitt-Trussville High School junior varsity Scholars Bowl team competed at the ASCA District Tournament on Jan. 16 in Gadsden, and the team’s effort was strong enough for it to qualify for the 2020 ASCA JV State Championship.
Juliana Eberhardt and Sarah Prince led them team in points per game. Wei Wei Guo, Laura Phillips and Madison Morris made important contributions that allowed the team to qualify.
