Athletic Performance, Speed and Agility Training for Young Athletes
Trussville Athletic Center 601 Parkway Drive, Trussville, Alabama
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; 3-4 p.m. for rising second- through fourth-graders; 4-5 p.m. for rising fourth- through eighth-graders. Trussville Athletic Center. Students will work on speed, agility, strength training, performance testing, nutrition and coaching. Pre-registration is required by Dec. 14. Cost is $50 per student and $30 for siblings.
