The Trussville Rotary Daybreak Club recognized one of its members, Stuart Frandsen, with the Paul Harris designation at the Aug. 26 meeting.
The Paul Harris Fellow recognition acknowledges individuals who contribute, or who have contributions made in their name, $1,000 to The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. It was established in 1957 to show appreciation for and encourage substantial contributions to what was then the foundation’s only program.
Rotary International is a global network of 1.2 million neighbors, friends, leaders and problem solvers who see a world where people unite and act to create lasting change – around the world and in our communities.
The Trussville Rotary Daybreak Club has about 50 members who are business and community leaders.
