May is here, and that means high school seniors are preparing to take their next steps into adulthood.
This month, Blair Moore spotlights a group of Hewitt-Trussville High School seniors as they look ahead to what’s next. The Class of 2025 is among the first to grow up entirely in a digital age — and one that had to navigate the pandemic during key formative years. It’s worth hearing what they have to say, especially about the value they place on real-world relationships with their classmates.
We also bring you the latest on efforts to fill a vacancy on the Trussville Board of
Education. Along those lines, we spent time with Drew Lolley, general manager of Courtesy GMC and an active community member who’s looking to take his involvement to the next level.
