World-renowned Gee's Bend Quilters will be at the Trussville Public Library this week for a three-day event running from Thursday, April 3 through Saturday, April 5, part of Trussville Heritage Days 2025.
On Thursday evening, event attendees will have the chance to meet quilters Mary Ann and China Pettway at a welcome event where they will share their stories and offer quilts and handmade items for purchase.
On Friday and Saturday, attendees will be able to participate in a hand-on quilting workshop with the quilters. These sessions will be limited to 24 participants, and there is a $50 per day cost.
