True40 Studio is set to open a new boutique fitness studio at 160 Morrow Ave., Unit 100. True40 offers a fusion of high-intensity, low-impact workouts inspired by barre, functional resistance training, Pilates, and yoga. The studio aims to create a welcoming environment for individuals of all fitness levels, promoting movement as a celebration of the body. While the exact opening date is yet to be announced, True40 has been engaging with the community through pop-up events, such as the one held at Ferus Artisan Ales in Trussville.
